Appleton Payday Loans: Frequently Asked Questions
What is a payday loan?
“Payday loan” is a term to describe an unsecured, short-term loan that is typically used to cover expenses until your next paycheck. Our bi-weekly payday loans help our customers avoid the high costs of bounced check fees and late fees that are incurred from late rent and utility payments, credit card bills, etc. When you are temporarily short on cash, a payday loan can help you make ends meet.
How large of a loan can I get?
For first-time applicants, our two-week loans typically range from 50 to 300 dollars. After you establish a good payment record with us, you may qualify for a loan of up to thirty-five percent of your monthly income, to a maximum of 1,500 dollars.
Can I get a loan if I have bad credit?
Yes! We do not do credit checks for payday loans so your credit status is not an issue. However, we do verify some required documentation that you must provide, including identification, proof of income, bank statement, and social security card. If you meet our criteria, the payday loan will be yours regardless of your bad credit.
What if I can’t pay the loan back on time?
If you can’t pay the loan back on time, it’s very important that you talk to us before the due date so we can arrange for an extension of the loan. If you fail to contact us, you will be charged additional fees.
